From Binghamton, East on NY17/I86 to Exit 79. Right at bottom of ramp onto NY79, proceed about 1/2 mile to school on your right.
To Afton
- Left from lot onto NY79
- Right at flashing light onto old NY17
- Cross Bridge (at Windsor)
- First Left onto East Windsor Road (CR233)
- Left on Fordway Road quickly becomes Dutchtown Road
- Cross Bridge (at Ouaquaga)
- Right after stop onto NY79
- At Center Village, Right
- Cross Bridge (at Center Village)
- Left on CR229
- Immediate left on Dyer Flat Road
(straight on CR229 will also work - both lead to East Windsor Road)
- Left at T on East Windsor Road (CR233)
- Left to Cross Bridge (at Ninevah)
- Right at stop onto NY7
- Continue Straight on NY7 into Afton
Return to Windsor
- From downtown Afton Continue east on NY7
- At junction NY41 Right on NY41
- Cross Bridge (at Afton)
- Right when NY41 turns right
- When NY41 turns left, continue Straight on CR26
- Left to Cross Bridge (at Ninevah)
- Stop at NY7 then Left on NY7
- Soon after passing junction with NY235 make a Left from NY7
Sign says Harpursville 1
- In Harpursville, Left on NY79
- At Center Village, Left
- Cross Bridge (at Center Village)
- Right on CR229 which merges into CR233 (East Windsor Road)
- In East Windsor, Right on Mountain Road
- Cross Bridge (at Ouaquaga)
- Left after stop onto NY79
- Continue on NY79 to Right to school.

Notes -
- There are a few good hills on this route, but many views of the Susquehanna River.
- The route crosses the Susquehanna a total of eight times without repeating any of the route. Even the bridges which are crossed twice are crossed in opposite directions!!
