- Right at T on Halsey Valley Road
- Left at T onto NY96 to Spencer
Return to Owego Via Halsey Valley
- East/South on NY96
- Right at Halsey Valley Road
- Continue south on Halsey Valley Road
- Left(East) at T on NY17C to Start
