From Binghamton area, west on NY17 to exit #64, follow NY96 across bridge. Velodynamics is on North Avenue (NY96 and NY38) - park in municipal lot behind store, but not during business hours.
To Speedsville
- From Lot exit to north, Left then Right onto North Street (NY96 and NY38)
- Continue Straight on NY38 when NY96 goes left at Light
- Left on West Creek Road (CR33)
- Left on Jenksville Cross Road then Right continuing on West Creek Road (CR33)
(When CR33 jogs, can continue straight on Rejmer - poorer road surface - rejoins West Creek Road (CR33) just past Speedsville)
- Right in Speedsville
Return to Owego
- Continuing on West Creek Road (CR33)
- Right at Glenn Road (CR8)
Long climb ahead!
Beware of Flatmaker steel deck bridge near bottom of hill
- Right at stop onto NY38
- Continue on Route 38 to Owego and starting point.
Places to Eat -
- In Newark Valley - Fortunados - on left before light as enter town from the north.
Notes -
- This could be rated a terrain 4 were it not for the long climb between Speedsville and Berkshire on Glenn Road.
- There are not many places to eat on this route.
