From Binghamton area - NY17W to Exit #67 North (Route NY26 North) Follow NY26 to Maine. Park is just past Maine Memorial school. (On left as you pass the commercial part of Maine.)
To Destination
- From park, Left onto NY26 (North)
- Continue about 10 miles on NY26 to near crest of grade
- Left on Ford Hill Road (Golf course is on your right)
- Left at T at Stop at bottom of hill
- Left at T onto NY79 in Lisle
Return to Start
- In Lisle - continue west on NY79
- Left onto Caldwell Hill Road at Center Lisle
Road is aptly named! Gear down!
- Left at Y continuing on Caldwell Hill Road
- Straight at some point Caldwell Hill Road becomes Nanticoke Road
- Straight at Stop, onto NY26
- Right into Park
Notes -
There are no services this route.
For Food and services, continue on NY26 rather than left on Ford Hill Road. In Whitney Point, follow NY79 through town. Lots of food and services. Adds about 3 miles to ride.
For refreshments, can go into Greenwood Park. Just about 1 mile to the right off Caldwell Hill Road (or Nanticoke). Add 2 miles to the ride.
