Meeting Place - Harpursville Fire Station
From Binghamton area take I81 North to I88 East, exit I88 at Harpursville (Exit #6), right at bottom of ramp onto NY79. As NY79 enters center of Harpursville, the fire station will be on your left.
To Bainbridge
- Exiting fire station make full Right
(Not onto NY79 which is a mild right)
- About 1 mile to Right at T onto NY7
- About 1 mile to Right in Ninevah to cross bridge
- Left at T onto CR233
- Stop intersection NY41 (NY41 enters from right)
- Continue Straight on NY41
- After Stop where NY41 turns left continue Straight on CR39
- About 6 miles to Stop at light at NY206
- Left on NY206 and cross bridge into Bainbridge
Light marks intersection with NY7
Return to Harpursville
- From Bainbridge - at light on NY7 turn on NY206 South/East
If coming from east on NY7 this will be a Left
- Cross bridge, then immediate Right on CR39
- Stop at intersection NY41
- Right on NY41 to cross bridge into Afton
- Stop at junction with NY7
- Left on NY7
- Continue on NY7 through Ninevah
- Just after passing intersection with NY235 make a Left
Sign says Harpursville 1
- Left into Firehouse lot
Places to Eat -
- In Bainbridge - Diner on left going East on NY7
- In Bainbridge - Susquehanna Diner on right about 1 and 1/2 miles east of light on NY7
(Just pass junction with CR38)
This option adds about 3 miles to the ride.
Notes -
- Variation - can return from Bainbridge all the way past Ninevah on NY7
